| It looked good but it also looked like a typical Hollywood wimpout where they don't show jack when it comes to the violent parts. | |

| Here's one you can all safely avoid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vezZ_F05j0UPicked up this film "Class Reunion Massacre" (also known as "The Redeemer: Son of Satan") at the dollar store a while back. For that price I should've known what I was in for. It was a slow moving, silly, totally non-scary piece of 70s drive in cheese. Kinda like trying to mix the "Omen" style "evil child" genre into the slasher genre. Not even a "so bad it was good" movie. This was just BAD. | |

Speaking of which, Toho, I read on IMDB earlier this week that there's a "Feast III" ready for release in February of next year.

And Ive seen that movie Freddy, Im glad you only paid $1 for it Technically I only paid 50 cents for it since it's a "double feature" DVD with another movie on it... something called "Carnage," which from what I've been able to gather via IMDB is a super-duper low budget ripoff of "The Amityville Horror." Haven't watched that one yet. When "Class Reunion Massacre" ended the other night, I said to my wife, "Wanna watch the other movie on this DVD now?" and she said, "Oh, God, please, NO!" Hahaha.

| Since Monster Mania popped up I took adavantage of the 5 dollar boots and got a few movies that I remember from my childhood and havent seen in awhile, so for your viewing terror:
HARD ROCK ZOMBIES
You get a third rate band who sounds more like they should be doing Journey covers, or actually a low rent version of Van Hagar. NAZIS! Yes, thats right NAZIS! Even Hitler makes an appearance here, disguised as some old man, whose apparent goal is to kill this band, which somehow helps along into him controlling the world, and his wife (I'm assuming its a cheap shot at Eva, though they never really name her) who supposedly turns into a werewolf to kill though it looks like she just dons a mask every 10 minutes, Dr.Death (who loves to smoke Kools by the way) and lastly two Nazi midgets, one just a funny little midget, and the other some mutant tard, who has a very entertaining few scences once he becomes a zombie and eats himself (almost forgot, they really like to watch Hitler and Eva bang, creepy). Not to mention a wonderful town that hates these guys and eventually bans rock music, but of course the sheriffs daughter falls in love with the vocalist, and plays the tape he gave her to play upon his demise, which he decided to make just because he was reading the book of the dead, and hey what the hell, maybe someones going to kill us someday so we'll need to be re-animated to play a concert for this record label. All in all, pretty funny, but pretty crappy too, me and Repulse got a good laugh out of it.

| I have often heard/read about "Hard Rock Zombies" but have never seen it. Now that I've seen that trailer, I must hunt it down! Thanks DC! | |
