Handing Out Rocks

Going around trick-or-treating is a time honored tradition for kids and I'm sure over the years, amongst the candy bars, pennies wrapped in foil, popcorn balls and McDonald's coupons, we've all gotten some rotten stuff in our bags. But nothing can compare to dumping out your pillow-case after a night out and finding a pile of rocks on the living room floor. And that's really what bothers me.

If Charlie has one rock mixed in with a bunch of other candy, you could make the argument that someone was just being a prick. But think about it. Charlie was with a group of kids. And that group traveled to multiple homes throughout the neighborhood. As other kids were getting treats, Charlie repeatedly got rocks. Is this a standard practice in the neighborhood? It would appear that all of the neighbors have 2 bowls sitting next to their door. One with candy that they give to kids they like, and another bowl filled with rocks that they hand out to the block-heads in the 'hood. Did other kids treat-or-treating that night get rocks? Or do they collectively just hate Charlie? Is he letting his beagle poop on everyone's lawn? Is his little sister a big pain in the ass? Do they even know who it is under the sheet or are they just commenting on his crappy costume? So the kid had a little trouble with the scissors? Does he deserve the scorn and ridicule, not to mention the strain of lugging around a bag full of rocks all through the community? Does everyone with a shitty costume get a rock?

If Charlie wasn't such a sad-sack loser, he'd go back and chuck those rocks thru every frickin' pane of glass on the block. That I could see. Then the neighborhood would have a reason to despise one Mr. Charles Brown.

I haven't pooped in a toilet since March. I'm handing out my petrified turds for Halloween. I have them in a sack in the freezer. My wife thinks they are Bon Bons.

Mainly canning jars and Ziploc bags.

Have you tried using one of the vacuum seal things? Airtight poop bags!!

That's a really good idea. I'll pick some up from Walmart tonite.

If anybody ever gave my kid a rock while trick-or-treating, they'd get it right back through their front window.
