i have cut way back too. I think thought its mostly time to take a break from all the metal stuff and go more in the psychedelic route. I am re-thinking digital only thought though.. I really seem to like these darn cds too much..

Anything but that creepy Burger King. That commercial where The King is reverse pickpocketing and gets hit by a car? I always hope The King is DEAD; I yell at the TV, "Hit him again!".

BTW, I was living near Memphis during that whole Andy Kauffman wrestling women thing in the mid 80s. Best wrestling idea ever! He'd come out and insult the rednecks with stuff like demonstrating how to use a toothbrush then go out and beat up some fat, redneck woman.

THen Lawler would intervene. Great wrestling program. I sure wish I could get that whole thing on DVD. THe closest I've gotten is the I'm From Hollywood DVD which features some of the programs from WMC, Memphis Channel 5 which had an in-studio wrestling show every Saturday morning. Those were the days...

That whole Kauffman/Lawler feud was sheer genius! I loved it! And I was fortunate enough to see the whole thing evolve week after week because I lived near Memphis.

I remember hearing about that, but Ive only ever seen clips. I didnt have a problem with Jerry as a wrestler, only when he became a commentator for WWF

Yeah, he was nuts. His manager and best friend Bob Zmuda (the guy who rushes in toward the end of that video where he beats up that woman) claims even he doesn't know whether Kauffman was serious.

BTW, this thread is yet another example of major threadjacking.

We went from talking about buying CDs when bored to the Lawler/Kauffman feud.
