Dignity and Crystallion - new metal bands

anyone listen to these bands yet?

I am kinda sitting on the fence about both of these groups. Anyone else have opinions?

Just gave them a quick listen......

Both bands are ok. I think I like Dignity a little more. His vocals remind me of Sonata Arctica in a way.

Crystallion reminds me of the first 2 Vision Devine cds.

I cant really get into anymore more new bands like this right now. The original bands that started this kind of music will be my favorites.

Crysallion is OK.....not gonna make my "want" list.

Ditto the other.

thats pretty close to my opinion. I too think the power metal genre is getting waaaaaaaaaaay oversaturated.

I think so too. Even some of the power metal bands are trying to change up their sound a bit. Most notably lately Power Quest and Sonata Arctica

Ive never really liked much power metal in the first place.

And it never liked you either

I thought it was 1 new band named Dignity and Crystallion. So now I'm not interested.....

Same here. I've got no time for new power metal. Too much sameness. Now, new thrash, well that always perks up my ears (and some other body parts).
