| Hey, I never commented on this topic and I know you've all been on the edge of your seats wondering "Gee, I wonder what that smell is on my finger? And what does MG think of the Vinnie Vincent era KISS?" Well, here we go...
Creatures of the Night. Great album all the way though. Not a clunker on there and probably the best ballad Kiss ever recorded as far as I'm concerned. And it's gots some real balls to it as well. Better watch out, I'm a WARMACHINE!
I had Lick It Up at one time, but traded it in long ago when I was purging. Don't remember much from it aside from the title track to be honest. And while we're at it, I have the version of Creatures with Bruce on the cover and none of the guys in make-up. Is this worth anything since the remasters came out with the more accurate cover photo?

| It usually goes for about 5 bucks.
Accurate my ass, Ace didnt have anything to do with the album
I agree that Creatures is the stronger album, but you always have a special extra like for the first album you hear from a band

| Here's a little factoid for ya, "Back On The Streets" was also recorded as a demo for Creatures, but didnt make it on the album because they didnt think Paul or Gene's vocals sounded good on the song. | |

I got both versions. I always hated that misprinted cover. I didnt even know there was another one at the time til I got more into kiss later on. Im glad the remastereds fixed that cause its one of my favorite kiss covers.

Not fair your just sitting there reading the book in the Kiss Box Set! Thats a awesome box set by the way. I like the original God Of Thunder version.

It looks natural to me. Something just doesnt look right. Look at how straight his neck looks where the neck of the shirt starts. Shouldnt that be more curved? also look at how much smaller Carr is. also looks at his arm it overlaps onto Eric. Also look at his leg where does it go? if hes standing behind Eric then you would atleast see his knee or something.

| I voted for Creatures, basically because it's the last Kiss album I can stomach...and that's primarily for the song War Machine. I liked the title track for Lick It Up, but then that was the last Kiss song that I've liked since... | |
